Dr David Bush EngD MCIM CEng |
David is a Chartered Engineer, holds a doctorate in requirements engineering, and is a qualified executive and career coach. He has had extensive managerial success in project management, line management and IT management roles, including technical procurement projects at governmental level, research and development projects in a commercial setting, line management roles in major engineering and operational research departments. David has particular experience as a practitioner and technical advisor in early stage requirements management for complex projects, and in system safety analysis and argumentation. His particular interest is in understanding, describing and managing organisational level change in complex social and socio-technical system settings, and most recently in coaching other senior leaders as they manage their major individual and organisational change projects. David is a member of the Institution of Electrical Engineers, the Chartered Institute of Management, and associate member of the Association of Coaching.
