David Bush MSc MIMgt CEng MIEE |
David is a Chartered Engineer. He has managed technical procurement projects at governmental level, and research and development projects in a commercial setting. He has managed a major engineering department with wide strategic and tactical responsibilities. He has devised, managed and delivered change in organisations with measurable results. He has experience as a practitioner and technical advisor in early stage requirements management for complex projects, and in system safety analysis and documentation. David has a particular interest in deriving and documenting organisational level requirements for socio-technical systems, and is secretary of the British Computer Society's Requirements Engineering Specialist Group. He is the Ascolto Business Management process owner and manages the Ascolto electronic questionnaire website : e-Questionnaire.co.uk He is a member of the Institution of Electrical Engineers and the Institute of Management.
