Career Coaching

Career transition and progression coaching are becoming more of a need with staff either planning career changes themselves or being placed in a position where this is necessary.   With some tailored coaching support, staff can be supported to be more open to explore the options that they have and to make the right decisions for their careers, that they are then responsible for.

We have worked with a number of private and public organisations, as well as private individuals, to support people who are in career change situations.  Due to the approach we have taken, staff have been in a better position to make the decisions that create a thoughtful and appropriate future for themselves, and for the other important people in their lives.  Organisations have benefited from career change coaching, as the positive brand of their organisation has been maintained in the face of change and downsizing.
