Under-represented Groups

Coaching for people from under-represented groups is an area of interest and expertise for us.  Many organisations realise that to get the best from all their staff, there are some groups of staff that need focused support.  This can be part of a wider scheme to manage talent and to support under-represented groups or it can be a stand alone intervention to ensure that the potential of all staff is realised for the benefit of the organisation and its customers.  We have worked with several organisations where developing staff from under-represented groups has been a priority that has lead to changes in personal and organisational profiles.  Recently, we have been working with the cross government Multi Ethnic Talent Association.
